KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 (Reuters) - Talks for Germany's Volkswagen to buy a stake in Malaysian carmaker Proton Holdings Bhd fallen through and Proton will talk to other parties for a tie-up, Malaysia's prime minister said on Thursday.
